Job Responsibilities

As a customer service representative, you will provide service to customers using the phone and computer as your primary tools. You will work administratively with invoice investigations and follow up on customer cases to ensure that each case receives an effective solution. The role also involves working towards set KPIs and goals. To help you get started, you will receive a dedicated mentor and tailored introduction.

We are looking for someone who:

• has a completed and approved high school diploma.
• has good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
• has previously worked in customer service or a similar role.
• it is an advantage if you have worked in a similar role before with good results or if you are used to working towards set goals in some form, and have a B driver's license and access to a car.

In this position, we believe that your personal qualities are crucial for how well you will thrive and perform in the role of customer service representative. You are of course service-oriented and feel comfortable speaking on the phone. Furthermore, you maintain a high quality in your work and perform tasks carefully and systematically. It is an advantage if you are fearless and enjoy a role with many different tasks. Additionally, personal maturity is an important trait, as the role requires responsibility, independence, and the ability to handle different types of customers and situations in a professional manner.

Information about the position

Professionals Nord is looking for a customer service representative for one of our clients. The assignment is part of our staffing services. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant for our client for twelve months. The intention is that you will eventually be able to be hired directly by them, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.
